‘Bebeah’ was Alexander Munro’s winery and label and operated from the mid 1800s to the early 1900s. We have revived the brand and will release a 2014 Shiraz and 2015 Semillon in early September. These two wines will only be available to wine club members and not the general public. Production of each wine is only 300 six bottle cases and feature a retro label. After searching every possible avenue, we couldn’t find an old label copy and have had our graphic designer come up with the style pictured below. The crest symbolises four facets of his life, the sailing ship for his voyage to Australia in 1830, the convict arrow, a bunch of grapes for his winemaking life and the Munro clan Eagle for his Scottish heritage.
